Vincent G. Valentyn is the governing elder of SMI Worship Centre in Retreat, Cape Town, South Africa, a worshipping, apostolic and prophetic church. The Valentyn family lives in Cape Town, South Africa, from where they minister into many nations around the world.

Vincent Valentyn has served in all of the fivefold office’s over a period of 27 years and presently functions in the office of an apostle in the church at large and has worked successfully into many different parts of the world. He was separated unto the LORD as a governing ministry by Covenant Ministries International (UK) and ordained as an apostle by the spiritual presbytery of Emmanuel Ministries International presided over by Apostle John Boney, based in Miami, Florida, USA.

His teaching programs have been broadcasted over regional and nation-al radio for extended periods of time in his home country. He also appears periodically on TV programs in the USA. He is the author of two books dealing with the subjects of authority in the church and crosscultural relationships.

He married his wife Arlene 27 years ago and they have three daughters who love the Lord and excel in academics, arts and drama. Arlene developed her interest in the field of psychology with special emphasis on the application of the Word as the healer. She obtained a Masters degree in social sciences specialising in applied psychology.

Inge their eldest daughter is pursuing her post graduate degree in jour-nalism, Melissa their middle daughter is pursuing her post graduate degree in Human Resource Management and Coralie their youngest daughter is in her first year of undergraduate studies as a psychologist.

Vincent Valentyn studied at various universities and tertiary institutions obtaining bachelors and masters degrees in divinity, theology and business administration. He also received an honorary Ph.D from Lincoln University (USA) for his contribution made to the development of crosscultural relationships in the Church.

Apostle Valentyn teaches the Word with apostolic authority and prophetic insight. He is a modern day prophetic psalmist with a passion to see Davidic worship restored to the church. He also has a passion for business and a desire to see finances come into the kingdom of God.

He is the apostolic team leader for Kingdom Ministries Network International in Africa & North America, overseeing several emerging apostolic teams and churches. He has travelled to six continents and about 50 different nations, declaring the gospel of the Kingdom of God.

Apostle Valentyn submits his life and ministry to the oversight and input of the apostolic company called KMNI under the leadership of Apostle John Boney.
